Using FindOpen, you can find open businesses nearby. Just enter a business name or keyword and location, then click 'Search' to see a list of options.

Do I need to pay to use FindOpen?

FindOpen is absolutely free of charge.

Where did you get my company details from? I have never registered on your website.

Your company's details were provided by Cylex Local Search. You have the right to change these details anytime necessary. By managing your Cylex presentation page, you will also manage the listing your company has on FindOpen. Every modification you make on your Cylex page will be online on FindOpen as well.

How do I add my company to your website?

To have your business listed on FindOpen, you first need to register it with our partner company, Cylex Local Search. Here's how: Visit the www.cylex.ie homepage. Click on the 'Register' option in the upper right corner and follow the provided steps. Once your registration is complete, your business will automatically appear on FindOpen. Remember to include your opening hours and select a business category, as your company cannot be listed on FindOpen without this information.

I noticed my company's details on your website are incorrect. How can I update them?

To correct details, click 'Report incorrect information' on your business profile. Then, select 'Report incorrect data' to update the info on Cylex, our partner. Once verified, changes will appear on FindOpen. You can also use 'Contact us' to report incorrect information.

Is it possible to have a FindOpen listing without showing my opening times?

No, FindOpen listings are created automatically when you register on Cylex Local Search and fill in your opening hours. If you delete your opening hours, your FindOpen page will be deleted within 3 months. For irregular hours, list them under "Additional information" or use 'Special Opening Hours' on your Cylex dashboard for holidays or special events.
